Michelle Obama Repeats Chris Benz Dress In Florida

Michelle Obama has been pretty busy on the campaign trail these days -- so busy that she seems to be repeating dresses left and right.

Just a couple of weeks ago, FLOTUS repeated her polka-dot Jason Wu ensemble campaigning in Illinois. And today, she spoke to a crowd at the Barbara Goleman High School in Miami Lakes, Florida, wearing another repeat: her Chris Benz turquoise sheath.

We first saw the printed linen dress when Mrs. O made a guest appearance on "Extreme Makeover Home Edition" a year ago. The first lady braved the heat in the belted frock with her hair swept up. For the dress' second turn today, Michelle didn't change much besides her hair, but the bright pumps added a nice pop of color.

Just to be clear: We're not saying we have a problem with the repeated dresses -- we're all for riding a cute outfit train until the wheels fall off. But what do you think of Michelle's choice to repeat this Chris Benz look? Check out the photos above and tell us what you think.

What's Up With Justin Bieber's 'Goonies' Outfit?

Justin Bieber arriving in Japan and the movie poster for "The Goonies."

Justin Bieber was barely an afterthought when The Goonies hit theaters in 1985 (to be fair, so was I), but that's clearly not stopping him from offering up a sartorial homage to the cult classic film. Okay, so we don't actually know if the EXTREME likeness Bieber's latest outfit bears to Brand's illustrated ensemble on the OG Goonies poster was a pointed, let alone conscious, decision, but we also don't know that it wasn't! *twiddles fingers maniacally* Granted, Justin has the right to wear a bandana tied around his head without getting a bajillion trillion questions about it, but stirring the pot is way more fun than an appreciative (read: zzzzzzz) head nod.

Plenty of dudes outside of the young Josh Brolin have worn dome-'danas (Tupac Shakur, Ralph Macchio, and BOTH Coreys Feldman and Haim!), but there's just something about the popped denim collar, the haphazardly laced Chucks, the zippered, knit-looking harem pants, and that bright red backpack that just screams GOONIES to us. The IDK... Rough-and-tumble school-age feeling of it all. It's very "I just want to do hoodrat stuff with my friends," no? Also, we just want to continue imagining The Biebz embarking on an underground adventure with a cherry red MCM knapsack. #LOUCHE What do you think? Is Justin Bieber's outfit inspired by The Goonies? Also, do you like it? DISCUSS!

SEE WHAT FULANI GOAT HEADERS DID IN PLATEAU:This is more than a tragedy; it is a calamity'‎:

Former Lagos State Governor Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has described the bloodbath in Plateau State as a challenge to Nigeria. The former governor, in a statement, yesterday urged the Federal Government to contain the violence in the North. Excerpts:

What happened this weekend in Riyom Local Government Area in Plateau State was an affront to God and humanity. This was more than a crime. It was an exhibition of a deadly hatred that seeks to establish a home in our beloved nation. However, such violence has no place among us. There is no reason imaginable that can legitimise the killing and destruction. To kill innocent people is always indefensible. To kill those who were merely seeking to bury their loved ones is the handcraft of wickedness. It is a lowly abomination. The perpetrators struck in wanton lethality in apparent hope that their deeds will spark a cycle of violence and retribution setting the nation against itself, as such. they seek to turn Nigeria into a factory of lawlessness.
Their plan was inhuman; their actions vile; their objective will never succeed. They may have wounded Nigeria. Yet, after all the sacrifices and hardship Nigeria has experienced, this nation will never succumb to their terrible designs. There are no differences that anyone can have with government that justify this unpardonable act. This was more than senseless revenge against government; it was an attack against the people of Nigeria and our way of life.
The unfolding tragedy and the inability of the current government to bring the situation under control confirms our fears: that Nigeria is on a free fall under an incompetent leadership. That Nigerians are no longer safe in the confines of their homes and communities is not the path to development and transformation but is the road to greater uncertain and fear.
This massacre has cut into the heart of the nation. These evildoers apparently seek to make Nigeria a failed state. Those of us who love this nation and its people will not allow this to happen. Despite this violence, we will not let fear rule us but we must awaken our moral strength so that we can repel this assault against our human decency. We must not cower but must summon courage at this moment. Moral conscience eventually triumphs over murderous crime. All of us who cherish freedom and dignity and who love this nation must not allow the evil actors to divide and separate us along ethnic, religious or regional lines. We must stand firmly beside each other as Nigerians. Despite this tragedy, we must hold to each other and strengthen the bonds that unite us. Only in this way, do we honor the lives we have lost, do we foil the dark plans of those who hate justice and democracy, and do we turn Nigeria into the nation of our dreams. Our brotherly charity and sympathy must be extended to those who family members, loved ones and friends. To those who did this terrible act we extend nothing but a firm declaration that Nigeria Nigeria will never be brought down by their misdeeds.

William Winans, 1-Year-Old Illinois Boy, Bitten In Crib By Escaped Ball Python

William Winans, a one-year-old boy in Mattoon, Ill., is recovering after an escaped python crawled into his crib, wrapped itself around his leg and bit him, ABC News and The Herald & Review report.

According to the below video from ABC News, Devin Winans, William's father, went into the boy's room after he heard him moving around in his crib. He reached into the crib and felt something "really slimy."

"I immediately turned the light on and saw the snake, a ball python, wrapped around his foot, constricting it, and trying to eat his foot," he said in an interview with ABC News.

Devin Winans pulled the snake off William and the boy was taken to a local hospital where he was treated for the bite on his foot, according to The Herald & Review.

According to follow-up report in The Herald & Review, the escaped python belonged to the occupant of a neighboring apartment. Mattoon police cited Shelby C. Guyette, 23, for not having a secure terrarium.

Sadly, there have been other instances of pet snakes escaping and attacking children. Last July, Jaren Hare and Charles "Jason" Darnell, a Florida couple, were found guilty in the death of Hare's 2-year-old daughter, Shaianna. The toddler was strangled in 2009 by a pet Burmese python that had escaped from its aquarium.

To hear from Sara Lacey, William's mother, watch the below video from ABC News. And click over to The Herald & Review to learn about the fate of the python.
